Blue is counted among the healing colours, worn to turn the eye away. Here the butas are pushed out to the four edges and the centre is left open, and over the whole cloth the dye has been flicked in a fine rust-gold spray — səpmə, the scattering. Its name comes from the blue (mavi) and that scatter.
