Tokat, six hundred years of wood block. Tokat beşlisi — the five-point linden wood block, a five-fold floral stamp. Colours: soft madder red ground, stamps in cream and olive green. This piece has not been made. It is a studio proposal showing what a collaboration with Hafize Kaya could look like, drawn in the composition language of the kelaghayi — a border, a medallion, and the motif scattered across the open field.
